African Indigenous languages as mode of instruction in knowledge imparting institutions

A major reasons for human communication is to share ideas/information needed for our survival.
By so doing human beings have a clearlymental view of whatsoever information they get through in their first languages/Mother Tongue.Information we get through a second language is usual vague and often crammed for a some reasons instead of grasped.
Hence grasped and crammed information can be of different use in our lives.Grasped information can be manipulated whilst crammed information can not be manipulated either applied in problem solving.
